This policy explains how PreserveU Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), which operates AnswerShelf at answershelf.in, collects and uses personal data. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, work email, brand name, website, category and competitors, when you fill in a form or email us.
• Billing details: company name, billing address and GSTIN when you buy a plan. Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log IP addresses and browser details for security and to keep the site running.

What we don't collect

We don't need access to your website, ad accounts or analytics. Our reports use public AI answers only.

How we use your data

• To prepare and send your AI score and reports.
• To reply to you and provide the service you asked for.
• To send invoices and meet legal and tax requirements.
• To send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run AnswerShelf: website hosting (Vercel), email and document storage (Google Workspace or similar), payments (Razorpay), and AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity), which receive our questions but not your personal details. We may also share data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you're a customer or prospect, and for as long as tax and accounting laws require after that. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@answershelf.in. We'll respond within 30 days.
