These terms apply when you use answershelf.in or buy an AnswerShelf plan. AnswerShelf is operated by PreserveU Pvt. Ltd., [Registered office address] ("we", "us"). By using the site or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
AnswerShelf asks AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity questions relevant to your category. We report how often they mention your brand and competitors, which sources they cite, and suggested improvements. What's included in each plan is described on our pricing page and in your order or invoice.
2. No guarantee of AI results
AI tools are run by third parties and their answers change over time. We report what they said when we asked. We do not control AI tools, and we cannot guarantee that any AI will mention or recommend your brand, or that following our suggestions will change results.
3. Accuracy
We work carefully to record answers correctly, but reports are based on samples of AI answers and automated brand detection, which can occasionally miss or misread a mention. Reports are for information and planning. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.
4. Payments
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees (plus GST at the applicable rate) or US dollars for customers outside India.
- Subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Agency) are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. New subscriptions have a 7-day money-back guarantee.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay or by bank transfer against our invoice.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing hello@answershelf.in. It stops at the end of the current paid month.
6. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information about your brand and billing, and use our reports lawfully. Don't resell our reports unless you're on the Agency plan.
7. Intellectual property
Reports we deliver to you are yours to use inside your business. Our software, methods, question libraries and aggregated, anonymised benchmark data remain ours.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and don't share your individual report with other customers. We may use anonymised, aggregated data, which never identifies you as a customer, for category benchmarks and public research.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For paying customers, significant changes apply from the next billing period, and we'll notify you by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City] have exclusive jurisdiction.
