Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to payments made to PreserveU Pvt. Ltd. for AnswerShelf.

Free test

Free, so there's nothing to refund.

If you're not happy with a new subscription, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

Cancel anytime by emailing hello@answershelf.in. Your plan stops at the end of the current paid month, and you won't be charged again.
After the first 7 days, we don't give partial refunds for the current month.
If you were charged by mistake (for example, after cancelling), we refund the full amount.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.
